HIGHER EDUCATION IN 2020 - THE IT DIRECTOR'S PERSPECTIVE

Mark Lande, Chief Officer & Head of Management Services at University College Dublin, spoke of his experience of Digitary at an event hosted by Trinity College Dublin and arranged as a showcase by Enterprise Ireland, the state-agency that supports Irish companies.

Mark spoke about the decision to buy Digitary, which was based on a strong business case and the positive experiences of other institutions. He spoke too about UCD's views on how the university will use Digitary in future, with plans to issue other documents including degree certificates. UCD will be the first institution to use Digitary Rule Manager, which will enable them to independently introduce new documents and related business processes.
