Michael Quinn becomes Framework Solutions Chairman
Michael Quinn becomes Chairman of Framework Solutions (later renamed as Digitary). Michael is Director of Bank of Scotland Ireland and was Chief Executive of ICC Bank prior to its sale to Bank of Scotland. He is also Director of Uniphar plc and Director of TE Services. During his 10-year period as CEO of ICC Bank, he chaired the Bank’s BES and Venture Capital activities. Michael has also been Chairman of the Institute of Public Administration, and was the President of the Republic of Ireland Council of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.
