New Framework Board Members
Dr Danny O’Hare and Mr Michael Quinn have joined the board of Framework Solutions (later renamed as Digitary). Danny O’Hare was the founding President of Dublin City University and has Chaired many Boards in Ireland, including the Future Skills Group and the Information Society Commission. Michael Quinn is Director of Bank of Scotland, Ireland and was Chief Executive of ICC Bank, before it was sold to Bank of Scotland. He holds or has held a number of chairs and directorships including at Uniphar plc and the Institute of Public Administration.
