A user can access the Digitary website without providing any information. Digitary’s Contact Us page includes a form for the submission of contact details for the purpose of us making contact with you or providing you with requested resources. The information collected can include an email address, name and other contact details.  This data may be held by us to be used in future to provide you with information that we believe is relevant to you.  You will be given the opportunity to unsubscribe from receipt of such information at any time.

Except as required by law, we will not disclose contact information to any third party, other than a professional agent that will act under our instructions and will agree similarly not to disclose this information to any third party.  It is our policy to provide any individual with a copy of the information that we hold about them free-of-charge on request within 10 working days of the receipt of a request in writing to our postal address or an email to info[at]digitary[dot]net and to correct or, if requested, to erase such data from our records, also with 10 working days fo receipt of such request in a similar manner.

The website automatically logs visitors’ IP addresses, browsers’ user agents and referring addresses to help diagnose problems with our servers, to administer our website and to identify unique users. IP addresses may also be used to gather broad demographic information. We do not follow users browsing paths outside of our websites.
