University College Dublin talk about Digitary at Belfast conference

This year's SROC (Student Record Officers Conference) took place in April in Belfast and was addressed by Ian Millichip from University College Dublin, who spoke about the university's experience of implementing and using Digitary.

The system was initially used for the issuing and authentication online of European Diploma Supplements. UCD now plans to extend use to transcripts and other documents. Digitary is integrated with Sungard's Banner Student Information System, which is also in use by the 14 Irish Institutes of Technology, where implementation of Digitary is also nearing completion.
