University of Cambridge and Australian National University to implement Digitary
Digitary is delighted to announce the completion of contracts with the University of Cambridge and Australian National University.
The University of Cambridge is world renowned and sits consistently with other world renowed institutions at the very top of world rankings. Australian National University is the top ranking institution in Australia and sits comfortably within the top 20 institutions in the world.
Work will begin soon at both institutions for the implementation of Digitary. University of Cambridge will initially use Digitary to issue electronic transcripts and verifications for non-continuing students and will later use the system to issue the UK-wide Higher Education Achievement Report, which will be launched at a national conference in November this year. Australian National University will use the system to issue the new Australian Higher Education Graduation Statement, which is being launched as the Australian equivalent of the European Diploma Supplement.
Digitary is a security software system used by universities and other Higher Education Institutions to issue and authenticate official electronic documents online. The system uses Qualified Electronic Signatures to give electronic documents two key characteristics, which is that they are tamper-evident and legally valid.
